Upload the work order

Property managers upload the work order or quote request through their agency portal, including the property address, tenant details, access notes, PO/reference and urgency.

We review and contact the tenant

We check the job details, confirm anything missing, and coordinate access directly with the tenant or key holder when authorised.

We attend, quote or complete the work

For simple approved work, we complete the job. If it needs approval or extra parts, we update the portal and quote before proceeding.

Notes, photos and invoice

Job notes, before/after photos where required, and invoice/work order references are added so your team can keep records clean.

What to include when uploading a job.

A complete work order means we can get moving without back-and-forth. The list on the right is what's most useful in the portal — even a few of these is enough to start.

Once submitted, the same details flow through to status updates, job notes and the final invoice — no duplicate entry.
